Shipping and Returns
We use a variety of shipping solutions in order to give the consumer the best possible choice. **The company shall ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days of orders being paid and completed but during Xmas and Easter Trading Periods there may be delays.
In the rare situations where stock is not available for dispatch within 2 business days we will call or email the customer and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.
The company uses third party providers for shipping and we do not accept any liability for damage and loss of goods on behalf of the partners. Unless specified at checkout our preferred domestic shipping providers are AAE (Australian Air Express), Australia Eparcel, Northline, Temando or Fastway Couriers (Sydney Metro Areas). Delivery to most domestic addresses is 1-7 days via a Tracked service.
For international shipments we use Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au). Freight is via regular international freight and is not tracked. To find out expected delivery times please click here
and select your delivery country. On international shipment any local duties and taxes that may be applicable will need to be paid for by the customer and are not included in our invoices. Tracked Fedex services are available by request but typically cost 2-3 times as much.
You can select to collect your order when going through the checkout process
Place your order online; once you have entered your name and address details choose the collection method from the Shipping Options box then finish the checkout process by paying for your order. Orders are packed the day after payment has been received and will be available for collection generally after midday from our Brookvale, Sydney warehouse.
Obtaining a Freight Estimate
To estimate the freight charges for your order simply add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart. Once you have done this goto the shopping cart and enter your deliver state and postcode into the appropriate fields and click the "Get a Quote" button.
All available shipping costs and options will be displayed.
Our products tend to be very large, bulky and heavy which makes international shipping very expensive. We are able to ship to any country but will need to provide freight quotes on an order by order basis. Should you wish to obtain a quote simply use the contact us page and provide us with the delivery address, country and the item/items you are interested in.
We will then get back to you with the shipping costs and delivery times.
Authority to Leave
You are welcome to provide us with instructions to pass on to the freight companies we use, giving them authority to leave your delivery in a specific/safe location. Please do this by way of instructions in the Comments box when checking out.
In the case of high value orders/products we do not normally suggest giving authority to leave. If you would like us to do this we will carry out your wishes, however we will NOT accept responsibility for the safe delivery of your item if it is left on premises without a person there to receive the item.
Company Refund and Returns Policy
Refund Policy for Goods.
Returns Policy only applies to products sold by ECO Imports P/L on Yardgames It does not apply to products sold by third parties, where third parties may be retailers, wholesalers or other merchants. These third parties are responsible for all faults and returns of goods.
Returns are simple and easy.
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return products that meet each of the following criteria:
- Have the original invoice attached
- Are in their original packaging
- Are not used.
- Are not damaged due to unpacking or misuse.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error - for example an incorrect item shipped. With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
