Does not include misuse, application in a commercial situation, normal wear and tear, affects of weathering and/or storage. Restrictions apply for resale. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably forseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. Include your name, order/invoice number and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. Should the product need to be returned for repair/replacement Yardgames will provide you with a Reply Paid address or arrange for collection at our expense.
