How fast is shipping?
We do our best to provide fast and efficient service every order.
Due to the nature of the shipping, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
This guide can help you estimate delivery times for business days, and is applicable for most of our Shipping providers*.

How much will shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling costs vary for each individual order.
To estimate the shipping cost, simply add all the items to your cart that you are interested in. Click on your 'Cart' in the top right hand corner of the screen. Enter your delivery state and postcode into the appropriate field and click 'Get a Quote' button.
All available shipping costs and options will be displayed.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, orders can be collected from our warehouse Mon – Fri 9am-5pm by prior arrangement only.
When choosing a shipping option simply select 'Collect From Brookvale NSW 2100'.
Collection instructions, including our address will be emailed to you once you have placed your order.
*Please note we only accept cash, Mastercard or Visa at the warehouse.
Where do you deliver?
We ship across Australia and internationally.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?
Please be especially careful when providing delivery details.
If the address provided with your order is incorrect, please Contact Us immediately to make the necessary changes.
Once your order has been shipped, re-call charges/redirection fees apply (if service is available) and are determined by the shipping provider.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries.

*Please note our products are generally very large and freight charges will be high for some of our larger items.

Hosted Payment Acceptance
Hosted Payment Acceptance allows you to accept and process payments without payment data entering your systems. CyberSource hosts the payment data fields so that data is captured and transmitted outside of your environment and directly to the payment network.
Q: What is the difference between a Hosted Payment Field and a Hosted Payment Page?
A: A Hosted Payment Field refers to fields on your site that capture payment data from a customer. These fields are hosted by CyberSource, a third party PCI DSS Level-1 compliant service provider, who captures, transmits, and processes the customer’s payment data on your behalf. A Hosted Payment Page refers to a payment data entry page that is completely hosted by CyberSource. Customers are automatically directed to a page that is branded exactly like the rest of your site, but only the URL is different. The process is entirely transparent to the customer and you retain full control of the page’s content.

Can I lay-by?
Yes, lay-by is available for purchases over $300 for a maximum of 4 months from date of purchase.

What currencies do you accept?
Unfortunately, we only offer our products in Australian Dollars.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, you can direct wholesale enquires within Australia or overseas to our sales team via our Contact Us page.
Please note we only wholesale to qualifying businesses wanting a longterm and ongoing trading relationship with Yardgames.
How do I know if my purchase has been successful and is being processed?
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order and acknowledging payment (for Credit Card/PayPal purchases).

what are the dimensions on the Hexagonal Lid please? As in what is the width please?thanks
This lid is about 165cm across at its widest and designed to fit on our Hexagonal Wooden Sandpit - sold seperately.
What is the weight tolerance of the swing please?
Each swing attachment is rated to 34kg.

Can you leave the stickers off the car or are they already on the vehicle?
The stickers are provided on a decal sheet. No need to put them on the car if you don't wish.

Product subtitle describes each ball as:

The manufacturer doesn't specify individual ball weights, the whole set weighs approx 11kg so each ball must weigh about 1.25kg as a rough estimate.

HiI have recently purchased one of these sandpits. Just a query about the woven liner. There seems to be a flat black woven material as well as a dark-green tarpaulin-type material. Which is the "liner" that goes at the base? And what is the other for
The black woven material is the geotextile underlay. This goes at the bottom of the sandpit and allows rainwater to run through and out of the sandpit without the sand escaping.
The green tarp style cover is an optional cover that cna be place under the lid to keep leaves/dirt out of the sand.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made to your order but conditions do apply.
Please notify us immediately on 1300 76 75 21, should you need to make any changes to your order.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes; you will need to return it to us for exchange/refund according to our Returns policy.
How can I set up my wishlist?
To add items to a Wishlist simply create an account and use the "Add To Wishlist" button located on our product pages throughout our website.
Your wishlist will be saved and you will be able to edit and make changes from within your account. It is also possible to share your the wishlist among friends and family.
Are my details secure when ordering online?
www.yardgames.com.au is secured using a Rapid (SSL) Digital Certificate.
This ensures that all information you send to us via the Internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication they will only be able to view an encrypted form. This makes it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party, as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
You will know you are in a secure environment when ordering on www.yardgames.com.au by the appearance of a security notice when you enter a secure page (depending on browser security settings). As well, a secure icon will appear on your browser. For example, on Microsoft Internet Explorer/Firefox, it is a lock icon and for Netscape, it is a key icon. What if I want to cancel my order?
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product has been shipped, you will be charged for the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, Contact Us immediately and quote your order number. Cancelled orders will be refunded to the same account used for payment.
*Please note, the refund transaction is subject to a merchant processing fee of 3% of the total transaction value.
